Lovely vintage vibe, clean bathroom, helpful Yvonne. Must for couples. Well located near beach, castle, and hiking trails. No breakfast, but plenty of nearby options. I'd return for sure.
Bed as hard as a rock and as noisy as a symphony. Walls could use some soundproofing lessons.

I recently stayed at a lovely place in Sesimbra and had a great experience. The communication with the host was excellent, and the self check-in process was straightforward. The place was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. It was also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. After indulging in delicious meals, I appreciated the opportunity to get some exercise by walking back to the apartment uphill.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as a creaky and noisy bed, outdated furniture, and some noise from neighboring rooms, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The room I stayed in at La Em Cima was simply amazing! From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with the cozy seating area and the mesmerizing city view from the balcony. The tile/marble floor gave it a touch of elegance, and the patio was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fireplace and sofa added a homely feel to the room, making me feel like I was in my own little sanctuary.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom with a bidet. But hey, that's just my preference.

Staff was very friendly and kept the rooms clean during our stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained, which was a definite plus.
One major downside was the noise from the other rooms. We could hear a lot of noise, which was quite irritating and disturbing at times.
